Biography
Some of Caroline’s earliest memories include going to work with her dad- coloring at drafting tables, visiting construction sites, meeting with clients and walking to the original PJ’s coffee shop for an afternoon treat. She was always enamored by the architecture and construction industry and pursued a business degree at Rhodes College with the idea that she would one day join her dad’s firm from the organization and management perspective. The opportunity quickly presented itself after graduation and over the past 13 years, Caroline’s role has evolved from handling day-to-day business needs to now, managing the larger picture strategic operations. She takes pride in the family business and thoroughly enjoys the fast-paced, complexities of the fun and rewarding environment at MV.
In her spare time, Caroline is raising three young children with her husband and staying as active as possible walking, biking and paddling in the Covington community.
